1. Who we are

Fifth Hous Studio is a creative studio operating in Melbourne, Australia and Singapore. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fifthhous.co and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for our Singapore clients, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email, and message content when you use the contact form or email us. Booking details: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time on our behalf. Newsletter signups: your email address, if you subscribe to studio updates. Analytics data: we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and interaction patterns such as scrolling and clicks. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, send studio updates you have asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tools. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.

5. Third-party processors

We use a small set of services to run the studio: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Vimeo and Pixieset (media hosting), and our email marketing platform for newsletters. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and some are located overseas, including in the United States.

6. Storage and security

Personal information is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from communications. Email hello@fifthhous.co and we will respond within a reasonable period. Australian users may raise concerns with the OAIC; Singapore users with the PDPC.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the studio's tools change. The date above reflects the latest version.
