Content on this site — including service descriptions, pricing indications, and case studies — is general information, not an offer. Client engagements are governed by the individual proposal and agreement issued for that project, which take precedence over anything on this site.

All content on this site — photography, video, copy, design, and the Fifth Hous Studio name and marks — is owned by Fifth Hous Studio or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Client names, logos, and trademarks shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written consent.

4. Portfolio and testimonials

Case studies and testimonials reflect real client work and genuine feedback. Outcomes described are specific to those engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any future project.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no using site content to train competing services, and no unlawful use.

6. Third-party services

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly (booking), Vimeo (video), Pixieset (image galleries), and social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
