Behind the Event
Three nights. Two venues. One touring chef, Gino D'Acampo, cooking alongside Johnny Di Francesco, a World Pizza Champion in his own right, for a collaboration Gradi Group had been planning for months. Coverage like this doesn't get a second attempt. Whatever happens on night one is what exists of night one, permanently.

The brief
Gradi Group needed coverage that worked for two different audiences at once: press-ready images for food and hospitality media, and content built for their own channels showing the actual energy of the room: not just plated dishes, but the collaboration itself happening in real time.
The logistics problem nobody sees in the final images
Two working kitchens, two dining rooms, one photographer needing to be in both without disrupting either. The real job across three nights wasn't creative direction. It was positioning: knowing exactly where to stand so a genuine moment between the two chefs could be caught without getting in the way of actual service happening around them.

What got delivered
A full image set spanning both venues across all three nights: plated dishes, the two chefs working together, the room itself at full capacity. Split for two clear uses: a press kit for media coverage of the collaboration, and a content library for Gradi Group's own social channels to keep the story running well past the actual three nights.
Why this is the hardest brief of the three
Curtis Stone Events and SOLVÉ each had one venue and one clear subject. This one had two venues, two chefs, and a specific, unrepeatable event structure; three nights, no reshoot, real service happening throughout. It's the clearest example in the portfolio of the actual job: not staging a version of an event, but working fast enough inside a real one that nothing gets lost.
